Guests will receive a full refund of the booking fees if they cancel their reservation at least 1 month before their check-in date.

If they cancel up to 2 weeks before check-in, they will be refunded 50% of the booking fees.

All cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM (CET) on the specified day.
